4. Returns – All returns must be sent prepaid. All returns must be in resaleable condition, and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Any return requiring repackaging will be subject to a handling charge. Returns after 14 days are also subject to a handling charge. All factory sealed parts are not returnable if the seal is broken. No returns on electrical items.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments – Autoimport will not be responsible for any damage sustained to goods while in transit. Any claims for missing goods must be lodged within 2 days of receipt of shipment.
6. Shipping – Orders over minimum freight value will be shipped prepaid by the carrier of our choice. All other shipments will be shipped "collect".
